Anchorage ↔ Kenai Route

100 lbs Included Allowance

Each passenger fare on the Anchorage–Kenai route includes up to 100 pounds of luggage, coolers, or fishing gear at no additional charge.

Y-K Delta Regional Routes

60 lbs Included Allowance

Each standard passenger ticket out of Bethel Hub includes up to 60 pounds of luggage. Additional freight is accepted subject to payload capacity.

Fishing Gear & Outdoor Equipment

We welcome anglers and outdoors enthusiasts traveling between Anchorage, Kenai, and Western Alaska.

Fish Boxes & Coolers

Fish boxes must be heavy-duty, leak-proof, and sealed with strapping tape or plastic wrap. Coolers must be latched securely.

Rod Tubes

Hard-sided protective rod cases up to 9 feet are accepted as checked luggage.

Restricted Items & Bear Spray Notice

Federal regulations strictly govern hazardous materials on passenger aircraft in Alaska:

  • Bear Spray / Defense Spray: Must be declared to agent before check-in. Allowed ONLY as checked cargo in approved protective cases (never in cabin).
  • Firearms & Ammunition: Firearms must be unloaded, locked in a hard case, and declared at check-in. Ammunition must be in original packaging (up to 11 lbs).
  • Camping Fuel / Propane: Empty, unpressurized canisters only. Pressurized fuel canisters are prohibited on passenger flights.
