Policy Statement

Fox Air Alaska ensures full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by Fox Air Alaska.

Filing a Title VI Complaint

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination may file a Title VI complaint with Fox Air Alaska or directly with the Federal Aviation Administration:
